Duties & Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate courses as prescribed by the University of the Punjab
- Course planning, assessment, and student mentoring
- Participation in academic research, curriculum development, and quality enhancement activities
Minimum Qualification (HEC Criteria)
- M.Phil (18 years of education) in English Literature or Linguistics from an HECrecognized institution
- Undergraduate teaching experience will be preferred for affiliated colleges
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Research orientation and academic professionalism
