Tehzibul Akhlaq Trust was established by 25 distinguished Alumni of Aligarh Muslim University India and registered under Societies Act 1860 on 31.1.1961. Its Gulberg Campus was started in 1965 while that of Manga in 1966 with classes from primary to intermediate level.

Gulberg Campus has around 1000 students while Manga around 1700, including 348 boarders. Degree classes of B.Sc. Computer Science was started in 2014 while that of BBA in 2020, at Gulberg Campus Lahore. Now degree classes initially of four subjects are starting in September this year only to facilitate students of areas around Manga.
