Muhammad Hassan Tariq is an emerging academic with approximately two years of teaching experience as both a visiting and permanent faculty member at various universities and affiliated degree colleges across Pakistan, including the University of Education, Al-Bahria Institute, and COMSATS University.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from McGill University, Canada, where he gained international academic exposure. Following a year of professional experience at Teleperformance in Toronto, he returned to Pakistan to pursue his MS in Management Sciences (Finance) from COMSATS University Lahore. As part of his graduate studies, he authored a thesis titled “The Nexus between Board Diversity, Cost of Debt, and Capital Structure: Evidence from Developing Countries in Asia”, reflecting his research interest in corporate governance.
In addition to academia, he briefly served as an Accounts Officer at Islam Pharmaceutical, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations within the healthcare sector. Mr. Tariq began his academic journey in Karachi, completing his GCE O’ Levels at Fahims School System and GCE A’ Levels at Beaconhouse School System, Gulshan Campus.
