Prof Dr. Riffat-un-Nisa Awan is serving as principal NADC since December 2025. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.Ed. from the Institute of Education and Research at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. Her extensive career includes prior leadership roles as Director of the Institute of Education at the University of Sargodha and as Headmistress at Education Department, Government of The Punjab Lahore, Pakistan. She has published 90+ research papers in international and national HEC-recognized journals. She is an HEC approved supervisor with supervisions of 43 MPhil theses, eleven Ph.D. dissertations, and five Ph.D. dissertation co-supervisions.
