The “My Favorite Book” Presentation is an engaging literary activity organized by the BS English Department at NADC. Students prepare and deliver structured presentations about a book that has personally impacted them, covering themes, characters, writing style, and their own critical response.
This activity builds a strong reading culture within the department and gives students the opportunity to practice public speaking, literary analysis, and persuasive communication in front of their peers and faculty.
To promote a love of reading, develop students' ability to critically analyze and discuss literature, and strengthen presentation and communication skills across the BS English Department.
09:00 AM - 01:00 PM
Students deliver their prepared presentations on their favorite books, covering themes, characters, writing style, and personal reflections. Faculty evaluate each presentation on content, delivery, and literary insight.
10:00 AM - 01:00 PM
Shortlisted presenters take part in an open panel discussion with faculty and peers. Outstanding presentations are recognized and prizes are awarded in a closing ceremony.
