About the Sports Gala

This event stripped away the IDEs and challenged the BSCS department to map out reality. Participants were given everyday scenarios—like optimizing the perfect tea-making process or finding the ultimate path through a crowded campus—and had to write flawless, step-by-step algorithms using nothing but pen and paper.

It was a brilliant display of architectural thinking, proving that real computer science starts in the mind long before it hits a keyboard.

Core Objective

To cultivate leadership, foster teamwork, and promote a healthy, active lifestyle among the student body through friendly but fierce competition.

Activity Schedule

Day 1: Opening Ceremony & Group Stages

09:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Torch relay, oath-taking ceremony, and the commencement of group-stage matches for Cricket, Football, and Basketball.

Day 2: Semi-Finals & Track Events

10:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Athletics (100m, 200m sprints, relay races), indoor games (Badminton, Table Tennis), and intense semi-final team matches.

Day 3: Grand Finals & Prize Distribution

02:00 PM - 06:00 PM

The ultimate showdowns for all major sports, followed by a grand closing ceremony, medal distribution, and the Championship Trophy presentation.

"The atmosphere during the finals was absolutely electric! Representing the BBA department on the cricket pitch and winning the trophy in front of the whole college is a memory I will cherish forever."
